Employer is interested to employ people for long term. He invests lot of effort to their training. Some
employees work many years in this position. Christmas parties, team building in the company are
made for workers.
Now we are looking for employees in Stockholm area.
If you will introduce us with good candidates, we are happy to negotiate also recruiting to other
countries in Europe.
Salary offered (gross)
During first 6 months workers has guaranteed monthly salary: 1000 € net + commissions (monthly in
average they easily earn 1,700-2,500 € salary net)
They have guarantee salary, so they are not afraid, that will only earn from commission, so they can focus
on their training, performance.
After 6 months, workers do not have guarantee salary, only commission. The best workers earn up to 4,000
Euro (during peak season, Christmas, etc)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Minimum education is Secondary without school-leaving examination
Females are preferred
If they worked as hostesses, promoters, shop assistance, sellers, cosmeticians – is advantage, not a need

- Are you a dynamic person aged between 18-30 years of experience in promotions, sales, beauty services
or you're just starting out and want a career abroad (professional training is offered free of charge)
- Good negotiation skills
- Person motivated, active and positive.
- Spirit of teamwork.
- Ability to work under stress and congestion
- English conversational level is mandatory, but at least one foreign language of international
communication in addition, is an advantage.

Additional information:
- 6 months temporary contract, then permanent

- working period: 5-6 days a week, usually from 10 am – 7pm, weekends 10 am -6 pm, 1 hour break
